Who is driving science and technology?

Is our science limited by the observational capacity of our scientists? Their level of awareness? .. or is truth explicit some kind of invisible Heraclitean logos – a shared source from which we all draw? Slave to the causal chain or of one’s own free will?

I hear so many good scientists say, “well if I hadn’t've discovered it someone eventually surely would have” .. but is that the truth?

Through hell and high water, it looks like Gordon’s SANE vision of what it must mean to continue to exist on this planet in such a way as we don’t destroy it before we have the ability to meaningfully migrate off of it, will finally be realized.

Check out Silicon Solar’s photovoltaic solar cells page too. They offer bags of used solar cells by the watt, and this is what you will most likely use in constructing your panels.
